Watching the livestream of AECENL’s 32nd Annual Provincial Conference together in-person with your child care service.

Step 1. Ensure that you have registered the individual participants in your child care service through Eventbrite to receive PL verification via email (which serves as a PL certificate for the event), participants must be registered in advance of the event.

Step 2. All participants must sign an attendance sheet provided by the in-person event host. The organizer is responsible for keeping a copy of this attendance sheet on file if a participant needs a re-issue of the PL verification email at a future date. Click here for a sample attendance sheet from the PL Toolkit for Administrators: Sample Attendance Sheet

Step 3. At the time of the workshop, only one participant or administrator needs to sign into the Zoom link if all other participants are watching together on a shared screen. We recommend signing in at least 10-15 minutes ahead of the workshop's start time.

Step 4. For all participants to receive verification of PL hours, take a group photo during the workshop and submit it to admin@aecenl.ca during the workshop along with a picture or copy of the attendance sheet. This photo coupled with the attendance sheet and pre-registration list is how AECENL verifies participation.

Step 5. Allow up to one week for AECENL to issue the PL verification email. This email will serve as your PL Certificate. If participants do not receive a PL verification email within a week of the PL event, AECENL suggests that participants check their spam/junk folders before contacting the office.
